Registration for INS Midyear Meeting 2012 is opened

Please be welcome to register for the INS Midyear Meeting taking place in Oslo, Norway 27 - 30 June 2012.

To qualify for the INS member fee, you must have paid your annual INS membership fee for 2012

To qualify for the student fee, the person must be a student at bachelor (BA) or master (MA) level (or equivalent). Doctoral (PhD) or postdoctoral fellow does NOT qualify for student fee. Proof of student status must be presented at the meeting (registration). Student ID og letter from supervisor qualifies as proof.

Fees and regulations

Conference fee INS member, early bird until 30. April 2012, NOK 3.500

Conference fee non-member, early bird until 30 April 2012, NOK 3.800

Conference fee student, early bird untill 30 April 2012, NOK 2.000

Conference fee INS member, late from 1.5. - 26.6.2012, NOK 4.500

Conference fee non-member, late from 1.5. - 26.6.2012 NOK 4.800

Conference fee student,late from 1.5. - 26.6.2012, NOK 3.000

On-site registration fee 27 - 30.06.2012 (all categories), NOK 5.800

Exhibition stand fee, 2 x 3 m floor space NOK 15.000,- + 25% MVA (VAT)

Bag insert, NOK 5.000,- + 25% MVA (VAT)

Boat tour NOK 750 incl. light meal and beverages (limited number of places available)

Cancellations and Refund policy for Registration

Written notification of cancellation and refund must be received at the Participants Service Office before 1 May 2012. The cancellation charge is NOK 500. No refunds will be given after 1 May 2012. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
